In the developing world, the artisan sector is the second-largest employer—yet most artisans, often women, lack access to global markets, business training, and financial resources. We’re working to change that.

Since 2007, Indego Africa has reinvested 100% of profits into education and economic empowerment programs for the women who create our products and youth in their communities. To date, they have supported over 1,100 artisans and 250 young people in Rwanda and Ghana through employment, entrepreneurship training, and consistent access to the global market.
