How long will it take for someone to reply to my inquiry?
Our small team always aims to respond to emails within 24-48 hours, Monday - Friday. If you have a question regarding your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Our phone number is for our Mill Valley showroom only, they will not be able to assist with any order related inquiries.
What is a lead time?
If an item has a lead time it means that the item is currently out of stock, but still available to pre-order. It will ship out within the estimated time frame listed.
When will my in stock order ship?
If your order was ‘In Stock’ when you purchased, it’ll likely ship out within 1-2 weeks! We need about 1-2 weeks to schedule shipping with the third party delivery companies.
How long will shipping take?
Transit time for accessory orders can be anywhere from 2-10 business days. Transit time for furniture orders can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks.
Orders within California: 1-3 weeks transit time
Orders outside of California: 2-6 weeks transit time
Why is white glove shipping so high?
Since our furniture pieces are constructed out of solid teak and do not break down into pieces, they can’t always be boxed and we generally ship via a 3rd party blanket-wrapped white glove delivery company. Depending on the location, shipping costs can typically run from $500-$1500 to out of state locations, which is why we charge a flat rate of $350 for out of state orders to offset some of the cost to our small company. Some furniture items are more cost effective when shipped via box, in which case you may receive a partial shipping refund if we box ship via UPS rather than white glove! Alternatively, if you know of a less expensive shipper that you would like to coordinate with/pay directly, we are happy to will-call the stools from our Northern CA warehouse free of charge!
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other international locations?
Unfortunately we don’t ship to these locations at this time due to high shipping costs and customs fees. If you have a shipper you like to use, we are always happy to will-call the items free of charge!
Can I sit test your furniture before purchasing?
Yes, if you’re local to the California Bay Area please come visit us at our Mill Valley showroom! Currently, our furniture is not featured in any other showrooms.
How do I know which colorway will be best for my space?
We designed both colorways to fit in seamlessly with any design aesthetic! If you’d like a leather sample of each, send us your address and we’ll ship it out to you. Generally we recommend saddle for busy households with kids and pets, as the saddle colorway is a little more forgiving to spills, stains, etc.
Can I return a furniture or accessory order?
Yes! Please read through our return policy below. You can return any new, undamaged item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
- Be sure to use the original packaging to make sure your return arrives back to us in new condition (if applicable).
- Customer pays for round trip shipping. Initial and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Custom and speciality large quantity furniture orders cannot be canceled and are non-refundable as these items are made to order.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to any return.
- Warehouse Sale, and any discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.
- Second Quality items are final sale and non-refundable.
Can I set up a trade account for my design business?
Yes! If you are an Interior Designer, please click on this link to complete an application. Please note that trade account applications take 24-48 hours to process. Once we process and approve your application, you’ll receive a custom discount code via email that you can use on all future orders!
