Chubby Vase

This one-of-a-kind ceramic vase is wheel-thrown and crafted from a blend of locally sourced clays. Glazed only on the interior, the raw exterior is left uncoated to showcase the natural character of the clay body. The earthy tones and textures are not applied—they emerge organically through the firing process, as the unique combination of minerals reacts to the heat of the kiln.

Please note, each vase is made with a distinctive mix of clays, which naturally "pigment" the material without the use of colored glaze. During firing, these materials respond directly to the flame and temperature, resulting in subtle shifts in tone—even within the same batch. These variations are not flaws, but a testament to the organic and unpredictable beauty of the handmade process.
