We love getting a good recommendation- really, who doesn't!? So when we spot a good find, we can't wait to share. This month's roundup of favorites includes marvelous masks to cover your face, design books to cover your coffee table, and paint to cover your walls! Take a peek; perhaps some of our favorite things will also be yours.
Clare Paint, is a female-founded paint company that we love to spec in our interior design projects. It was founded by designer Nicole Gibbons who brings her professional expertise to color curation with a designer's attention to detail . Modernizing the experience, Clare provides swatches that are peel and stick so you can ditch the paint chips - and the hassle- of traditional paint color shopping.
Amber Lewis is a fellow female business owner and designer that we've always adored. Her Shoppe is gorgeously curated and her projects can be found on many a Pintrest board as inspo for newbies and pros alike. We now carry her book, Made for Living, in our shop. It's an excellent resource for simple tips to transform your home- from freshening up your living space with new paint to pairing textiles and pillows.
Can a face mask be stylish? We think so! We’re totally obsessed with our Kitsch masks, which come in a variety of colors from our go-to neutrals to playfully patterned (yes, they have cheetah print!). The super-soft cotton makes it easy to breathe making daily mask wearing chic and comfortable.
The Junction is the number one local beer garden spot in Mill Valley. We go here all the time for outdoor meetings and dining. Grab a slice of Margherita pizza from Pizza Hacker as you sip a glass of the finest kombucha on tap. Bask in the sun and enjoy the view— it’s totally sublime.
If you're dreaming of a laid back beachy getaway, we know of a place that is sure to fit the bill. Located in the quaint town of Cambria on the central coast of California, the White Water Inn is a perfect mixture of vintage and modern. The inn's gorgeous interior, designed by the exceptionally talented Nina Freudenberger, is influenced by 1970s Scandinavian and California bohemian culture. We highly recommend it for your next destination!
