Mill Valley Mid-Century

After searching high and low, our client + dear friend found a beautiful home built in 1961, located in the rolling hills of Mill Valley. The house had great bones but was in need of a lot of TLC, including an all new kitchen and bathrooms. She asked us to create a space that called to the house’s original Mid-Century design, while incorporating raw elements such as soapstone, walnut, and hand-formed ceramic tiles to create an natural, organic feel. The windows were expanded to showcase the stunning view of the San Francisco Bay, creating an overall feeling of indoor/outdoor living in the main living space.
